    5. Don't sneeze in open, cover your face while sneezing or coughing

    6. Use a lot of liquids

    7. Use warm water for drinking

    8. If you have any breathing problem you must have to wear a mask

    9. Take a sleep of 8 to 9 hours

    10.This virus attacks if a person have weak immune system.,so you have to take care of your      immune system

    11. Take sunlight for 10 to 15 minutes every day as this virus does not survive under sunlight

    12. Use fresh fruit and healthy food

    13. You can also use dry fruits

Now when there's everywhere is COVID-19 so there's also lack of mask and hand sanitizer. You can make it at home. How?? Here's 2 are different methods by them you can easily make hand sanitizer at home.

Which ingredients you needed?
For making hand sanitizer at home you needed:

•     Alcohol
•     Aloe vera gel
•     Lemon juice

How to make:

The ratio of Alcohol will be the double of Aloe vera gel. It means if u have 100g of Aloe vera gel, then you should use 200g Alcohol. Then put 2 to 3 Tbsp of Lemon juice pour all these ingredients in a clean pot and whip them until it turns into a fine liquid & home hand sanitizer is ready to use. Pour it into any spray bottle.

The second method is the following:

Ingredients you needed;

•     Ethanol
•     Hydrogen peroxide
•     Glycerol/glycerin
•     Boiled cold water

How to make it:

Take 350 g of alcohol and mix it with 2 tsp of Glycerol. Now add 1 Tbsp of hydrogen peroxide mix it well. After that pour 85 g of water. Mix all the ingredients well and pour the liquid in a spray bottle. Your hand sanitizer is ready.
