getting in weeks. It seems eye catching & interesting but on the other side
it has harmful components. As living in the 21st century where we have adopted
many unhealthy habits we have to be conscious for Healthy Food. We have to
adopt some healthy habits specially related to our eating. Some people takegreat care about their health, they seem really conscious for the nutrients
they are taking or the fats they take in. Healthy eaters also wants to eat some
something delicious but nutritious. They want to in take something yummy but
which can refer as Healthy food. So for those today I have brought some delicious,
yummiest, tastiest yet simple full of Nutrients and less fat.
So lets take a look on these dishes:
Sweet Blackberry & Apple Oat Bake
A perfect piece full of nutrients for healthy breakfast.
That will give you a wonderful and different taste than your usual oats. You
will get a healthiest and yummiest taste by the same thing.
Here're the ingredients:
1. Apples 2 (peeled & cut into cubes)
2. Blackberries 320grams
3. Porridge oats(Jumbo) 200g
4. Pecans 100g(chopped)
5. Cinnamon 2 sticks
6. Cardamom 6 pieces
7. Egg 1(beaten)
8. Vanilla Extract 1tsp
9. Baking powder 1tsp
10. Skimmed-Milk 500ml
Method:
Heat
your oven 180C. Put apples cubes, all spices and milk in a pan. Cover and boil
it to 10-15 minutes. Set aside for 20 minutes. Take out all the spices and put
the apples and milk in a bowl and mash the apples with fork. Now in this
mixture put eggs, vanilla extract, backing powder, pecans and Blackberries.
Mix it and pour it into a deep dish and bake it for 30-35
minutes. Until steam starting to came out from center of the dish. Serve it
with Maple syrup.

the breakfast here's brought to you very easy and delicious eggs made dish.
Delicious Mushroom Hash With Poached Eggs
People love to eat eggs in breakfast specially who prefer
healthy breakfast.
Here're the ingredients:
1. Mushrooms 500g
2. Eggs 4(large)
3. Onions 2(large) sliced
4. Tomatoes 500g Chopped
5. Fresh thyme
leaves 1 Tbsp
6. Smoked paprika 1
Tsp
7. Omega seeds 4 Tbsp
8. Rapeseed oil 1 and 1/2 Tbsp
Method:
In a large pan
heat oil and stir-fry onions well. Put the lid and leave the onions to cook.
Sprinkle the thyme leaves on the mushroom and mix them well. Now put them in
the pan with onions and stir-fried about to 5 minutes or the till the Mushrooms
become softened. Put the tomatoes and paprika and cover the pan for 5 minutes
more. Poach the eggs in light simmering water. Serve on top of half the hash
with a sprinkling of thyme leaves & black pepper. Now it is ready to serve.
Delicious Spinach And Tuna Pancakes
Here're the ingredients:
1. Rapeseed oil 3 tsp
2. Garlic 1 tsp chopped
3. Spinach 250 g
4. Tomato purée 1 tbsp
5. Cottage cheese 200 g
6. Eggs 2
7. Plain flour 4tbsp
8. Can Tuna steak
spring in water & drained 120g
To make salad we need:
1. Can sweetcorn 200g
2. Onion(small) 1 chopped
3. Cherry Tomatoes 85g cut into half
4. Basil leaves 10 chops
5. Black olives 6 slices
6. Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat
up 1 tsp oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Stir in the Spinach to wilt then mix
the tomatoes purée, tuna and cottage cheese and set aside. Beat the eggs with
the flour with 2 tbsp water. And finely mix the batter. It should neither much
thick nor much thin. Heat the remaining oil in a pan add half the batter and
swirl around the pan to coat the base. Cook briefly until set then flip over
with a knife to cook from other side for 1 minute. Repeat the same method for
remaining batter. Put the pancakes in a plate with the help of spoon put the
filling roll them and serve with salad.
You love banana dessert and don't want to gain weight or
want to eat something having less fat here's a dish that perfectly suits you.
Sweet Millet Banana
Here're the ingredients you need to make this:
1. Millet Half cup, presoaked overnight
2. Water 2 cup
3. Cinnamon powder Half tsp
4. Ripe banana 1 large
5. Coconut milk Half cup
6. Peanut butter 1 tbs
Method:
Drain the millet and put in the sauce pan. Roast the millet
over low to medium heat until it becomes light brown. Now add the water and
Cinnamon in the millet, rise the heat from medium to high so that water starts
to boil. If water starts to boil low down the heat and cover the pan. Leave the
pan on heat for 20 minutes after 20 minutes it becomes creamy and millet soaked
all the water. Now switch off the stove and remove the lid.
Mash the banana and put it into the millet. In small bowl
finely mix the coconut milk and peanut butter and put in the millet also. Turn
on the stove on low heat for 2 minutes so that the mixture will be warm up.
Take it in the dish and it is ready to serve.
