Corona pandemic all over the world, everyone is quarantined in their homes, no social gatherings, no fun play, no outings. We all are bound to stay at home. Our active life suddenly became dull and boring. Full of boredom nothing is working out. In this pandemic slowly we all are starting to panic now. Our brain is not doing any creative work now. We are feeling hopeless. Using social media, laughing and sharing memes, it seems we are relaxed and carefree, but in, reality, we all going into depression. Feeling like we have nothing to do, we are useless. On the other hand, the fact is we all have a lot of things to do, but the problem is that we don't feel enough motivated to such chores. So, what should we do in this quarantine? Which activities can brighten up our mood? What to do to reduce our depression? So today we'll gonna discuss how to make this time useful either for our body or for our rain. It'll surely work out
Make a List:
First of all, make a list of chores you always wanted to do but due to the shortage of time, you always missed them. Little chores that make you busy and also use the efforts of your brain. For example, if you are a working woman then absolutely you wanted to do something new for your house. You wanted to do some art or decorate your house. So, congratulations the absolute right time is here. Now you have time to do such things. When the pandemic will over once, then you'll have no more excuses. Then you would not say if I got more time I could do it. This will not be accepted by your own self.
What should students do:
If you are a student then I'm sure you are the most suffering one in the pandemic. Depressed, panic and being in fear all the time. Feeling disappointed, not motivated to so study. But why? You had thought about this but will not get any idea what's happening now. Lots of students were giving exams back then and the others are preparing for Exams and suddenly you all heard no exams are happening now. Feeling happy and relaxed at first but slowly you started to anxious and frustrated. You thought your all hard work became meaningless. Your unsleeping nights had wasted. Yes, you are surely in the wrong direction. Take this time as a bonus chance for good preparation.
There was a time when you thought if I will be granted a few days or hours more I could better. Now think your prayers are answered. You got that extra day. Make a time table for all the day and strictly act upon on it. Make someone your guardian like a reminder. So that person can always remind you to follow the time table. The time table should include the T.V watching time, mobile phone usage time, eating time and also playing time. Don't force yourself to do much more. Just a little bit of study that makes you busy and after that slowly increases the content. Give your time to your family also. Talk to your parents, listen to their childhood stories and make sure they feel important. Talk to your siblings. Ask them about their dreams, their studies, and their problems. Involve more in your family and less on social media. Talk to your friends and check them from time to time.
What should parents do:
Because all the children are at home so parents are the most worried now. All the educational institutes are closed now so one of their worries is a loss of studies. This is the actual best time to spend with your kids. Make a healthy schedule for them. Talk to them and ask about their problems related to studies or anything else. This is the best time to know about the child's personality. Is he growing accurately? Its time you can know about his flaws hi fears and his dreams. Help them in doing homework, they will love it. Play with them, its time to teach them sportsmanship. It's absolutely right time to teach them a moral lesson. Do a different kind of activities which needed your and your kid's participation. Kids love to do art so you can also do-little activities related to art. They can make you and your kids busy at the same time. It's time to take them in your confidence.
