Ingredients :
    1.Chicken boneless. Half kg( make cubes. 0.5 cm thick)
    2.Black pepper. 2 Tbs
    3.Salt. As per taste
    4.Egg white. 2
    5.Breadcrumbs. One cup
    6.Oil. Half cup
Method:
Except for Breadcrumbs, all the ingredients put in a bowl and mix them well. Leave them for 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Now coat the Breadcrumbs on chicken pieces and put them in the frying pan. Put the lid on the pan and leave them for 4-5 minutes on medium heat turn the sides and again put the lid and leave for 4 minutes. Your fried home base food is ready.

Ingredients :

For marinating:
    1.Chicken(boneless) Half kg(cut into bite-size piece)
    2.Lemon juice. 2 Tbsp
    3.Cumin powder. 2 tsp
    4.Paprika. 2 tsp
    5.Red chili powder. 1 tsp
    6.Yogurt. 200 gm
For puree:
    1.Butter. 2 tsp
    2.Onion. 1 chopped
    3.Garlic paste. 1 tsp
    4.Green chili. 4 chopped
    5.Ginger. 1 tsp
    6.Tomato puree. 3 tsp
    7.Chicken stock. 300 ml
    8. Flake almonds toasted. 50 g
Method:
Mix all the marinating ingredients in chicken and leave this for 1 hour in the fridge.

In a deep pan, heat butter but ginger and garlic paste. After this put onions and wait for their turning color into pinkish. After this add green chilies and cook them for 10 minutes on medium heat to soften the ingredients.

Now add the tomato puree cook for two minutes and add chicken stock and marinated chicken. Cook for 15 minutes. Simmer this for another 5 minutes sprinkle the toasted almonds and serve with rice or bread.
